Modules
NDS has developed "modules" that can be used by businesses
that conduct transactions with customers. Some modules provide
basic business logic that doesn’t usually change much between
businesses. Examples would include, Contact Management, Accounts
Receivable, Product Catalog, Report Writing. Other modules provide
for more specialized features, and are typically customized heavily
for each business. Examples would include Order Entry, eCommerce,
Intranet, Loan Management, Call Center/Work Flow, Franchise Management,
Membership Management, Loan Management, and Franchise Management.
Each module perfectly integrates into an application that is consistent
and easy to use.

Components & Integration
Our method of software development is supplemented by components
that can be used to provide added levels of functionality, automation
and flexibility to any module. Components are pre-existing software
code that perform a simple function and can be seamlessly integrated
throughout the custom application. Some sample component functions
include: address cleaning (scrubbing), Zip plus 4, inbound and
outbound email processing, email parsing, credit card processing,
fax broadcasting, shipping, shipment tracking, and telephony.
It is at the component level that we invisibly integrate with
many other software applications or systems.
