Our customers have tried to use off the shelf or vertical solutions, and were frustrated with the results. Some of our customers were stuck with an out-of-date partially-customized solution that has reached a dead end. They have looked around for a solution, but are not comfortable with what they have seen. Some of our customers have a unique business that doesn’t fit in a box. Our customers recognize that a customized solution is better than trying to add features to a large software that does 80% of what they need and 500% of what they don’t need.
